With a core belief that mediation can transform workplace relationships to be positive and productive, and a unique skills-set that allows the participants to feel safe and supported, Jayne is able to facilitate mediation so that the parties develop a transformative understanding of each other. This deeper understanding enables the parties to work together towards reconciliation.
Jayne has been undertaking workplace mediation since 2009, and working as an independent workplace mediator since 2019. She achieved the ACAS qualification in Internal Workplace Mediation in 2015. Jayne is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and achieved her Master’s Degree in HR Management in 2012.
With an established background in HR management and employee relations, Jayne understands the needs of a business to resolve conflict in a manner that is supportive, engaging and positive for the individuals involved, but also efficient and effective for the business. Jayne has held various senior HR posts as an Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner, People Partner and HR Project Partner, supporting organisations at a strategic and operational level.
